I received a watch that did not work, after sending a video to the KosPro Inc, he didnt offer a replacement (despite having oher similar watches sold on Chrono24 and recommended me to go to a Omega showroom and use the warranty (without mentioning that I had purchased it online). Fortunatly I live in New York city, but what about in a lost state of US? Not at ease with this process but without other choice, I still went to the Manhattan Omega dealer and received attitude and uncomfortable questioning about where I purchased the watch...Omega finally accepted to have it repaired by its service department since it seems the preliminary analysis shows that the mechanic doesn't work. I do not know yet the result of the repair but had found the process very unpleasant and painful to go on my working hours to change this watch, take a video, etc. Obviously not mentioning the fact that I have been sold a watch that didn't work and no compensation for those troubles.

Not happy it did not come with the extra link. Buyer was telling me that watch does not come with extra link, which I know it does. I have other tudors and they have all come with extra links.
