Item was in good condition, but not "Mint" as described (in fact, there was a scratch on the case back). Communication was hard to establish, and went silent after the above complaint was conveyed after delivery of the item.

After reviewing the listing photos, we do see the above mentioned scratch is clearly shown in the image of the caseback. As with all of our watches, we offer a return policy that allows any customer to return the watch for a full refund if they are not satisfied with the condition. We strive to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with the watch they receive and through this return policy hope it is evident that we have no intention of sticking anyone with a watch they are unsatisfied with.

While all worked out in the end, getting the watch was like pulling teeth. And, somehow, a watch that was bought and paid for two weeks earlier somehow wound up at a trade show? Just a little too sketchy for my repeat business. UPDATE: I have received a detailed explanation of the transaction and am most satisfied.
