After I received the watch, I noticed that the bracelet was moving a bit stiff. I asked about it and was told that it was re-conditioned, which was a plausible explanation in my view. Next day, however, I discovered that it was a completely different bracelet and endlink set altogether than what was shown in the photos of the ad. I asked about that and the owner called me and explained that they indeed changed the bracelet for a better one, but hadn't updated the photos. The bracelet that I got seems correct in terms of the engraved codes and date that is closer to the watch's production year than the one advertised, so I have a good watch now. I must remark though, that these kind of issues get me spooked and are not helping with building trust, which is everything in vintage watch collecting.

Die Kommunikation war super, die Reaktionszeit auf Rückfragen sehr schnell und freundlich. Leider war die neue Uhr in einer alten und schlechten Originalverpackung Die Uhr und der Rest des Sets war offensichtlich neuwertig. Bei der Rückfrage wurde mir ein zweite, ebenfalls gebrauchte Verpackung und zusätzliche eine schöne original Reisebox von Hersteller übersandt. Weshalb die neuen Uhr in einer Verpackung mit erheblichen Gebrauchsspuren war, konnte nicht schlüssig geklärt werden. Schade, trotz toller Kommunikation, schneller Reaktion bleibt hier der super Eindruck nicht uneingeschränkt. Würde vermutlich wieder kaufen, aber mehr nachfragen und zusätzliche Fotos anfordern.

I acquired a Rolex watch, which unfortunately had flaws above what i would expect. I highlighted this for the Seller who immediately took the watch back and refunded me the full amount. The communication was excellent through both at acquisition and return and the delivery was extremely swift.
