Despite some issues with the shipment, overall very satisfied, especially with the customer service. Great communication, fast reply and fantastic response to whatever happened during shipping. I would recommend Pilbrows Watchmakers as a dealer. They reacted quickly to acknowledge my order and dispatched my watch quickly. We had a problem with the delivery company, which was no fault of Pillbrows, and they were very swift and efficient in all subsequent communication and action which resulted in a problem solved. Five stars all round.
