Watch was labeled very good condition and in fact was in very good condition I’m picky when it comes to watches and could hear slight rotor noise after bringing it to be serviced and examined it was just in need of some oil on the bearing and the seller was more than happy to cover the cost of the light servicing fee

Good dealer and the watch was in pristine condition. Delivery was on schedule and with no hiccups. The tiny minor issue I would say was the delay in communications. The dealer did tell me that they were a small shop and extremely busy so I guess I can understand to a certain extent. But overall a great dealer. Would definitely recommend. This was my first time using Chrono24 platform for the purchase and thankfully it went well. Looking forward to making more such purchases.

I messaged about a Tudor BB58 and they responded immediately even though it was 1:30 am in Hong Kong (I live in Canada). I asked several questions and they answered all within minutes. They shipped the watch quickly and it arrived to me in Canada in exactly 1 week through FedEx. No issues at all with shipping or the watch. It was as advertised and packaged well. I would buy another watch from Montrez anytime. Biggest compliment I can give would be the outstanding communication (we basically had a conversation at 1:30 in the morning HK time) and quick shipping.
