市場稅收

市場促進者是指市場平台經營者，其與第三方賣家簽訂合同，透過該市場協助賣家促銷實物財產、數位商品和服務。因此，Chrono24被認為是透過Chrono24全球市場平台促進第三方銷售的市場促進者。 Chrono24負責處理對在其平台上促成的銷售之稅收。直接在平台外銷售的賣家可能仍需繳納這些銷售的稅款。

市場促進法是將營業稅的徵收和匯款義務從第三方賣家轉移到市場促進者的一套法律。作為市場促進者，Chrono24現在將負責計算、徵收、匯款和退還第三方賣家在市場促進者和/或頒佈市場徵稅法的州所進行交易的營業稅。在某些州，地方稅不包括在市場促進法中；Chrono24不負責這些稅收。
