Thank you for having purchased this old timepiece and for having exposed the reasons why the watch has not come up to your expectations. Our team take into consideration every remark in order to improve the quality of our service. Like all other pre-owned vintage watches, this one has its own history and traces of time. Our goal is to offer retro watches in their original state in which they have been found. The only intervention is the servicing of their mechanisms by a professional watchmaker for the timepieces to be in a perfect working order. The parts of the mechanisms are original and they are never changed by us. Moreover, we never use Photoshop for our pictures exactly for our pictures to be 100% natural and to show as much as possible all the advantages but also the imperfections of our vintage wristwatches in order for the buyers to know well what they could expect from the chosen items. If you need more assistance from our part, our team is always ready to cooperate in any possible way.
